FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the £100 Deposit Refundable?
No. The £100 booking deposit is non-refundable because your appointment date and time are reserved specifically for you.
If you proceed with your suit order, the full £100 will be deducted from your final invoice, so you will not pay this amount twice.
Can I Book a Weekend Appointment?
Yes, weekend appointments are also available, depending on our schedule and availability. Please contact the ARN team to check and arrange a suitable weekend appointment.
What Should I Wear for Measurement?
For the most accurate measurements, please wear close-fitting clothing with no thick or loose layers.
Men: Please wear long fitted boxer shorts or compression shorts. A close-fitting base layer top may also be worn.
Women: Please wear a sports bra or fitted crop top with long fitted leggings.
Please avoid jeans, hoodies, loose clothing or thick garments, as these can affect the accuracy of your measurements.
If you will be using an airbag system or separate back protector with your suit, please bring it with you to your appointment. We may need you to wear it during certain measurements to ensure the suit is made with the correct space and fit.
Can I Do a Video Call Measurement?
Yes, ARN can assist customers who are unable to attend in person with measurements via video call. Our team will guide you through the entire measurement process step by step to help ensure your measurements are taken accurately.
How Long Does the Appointment Take?

Is the £100 Deposit Refundable?
No. The £100 deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your ARN racing-suit measurement appointment. Once your appointment is booked, the deposit reserves your allocated time with our team and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
Can I Book a Weekend Appointment?
Yes, weekend appointments may be available depending on our schedule. Please contact ARN to check available weekend times.
What Should I Wear for Measurement?
For accurate measurements, we recommend wearing a close-fitting base layer or lightweight sportswear similar to what you would wear underneath your racing suit.
Can I Do a Video Call Measurement?
Yes, ARN can assist with video-call measurements for customers who cannot attend in person. Our team will guide you through the measurement process.
