Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at ARN Leathers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how you can request a return or refund.

1. Return Timeframe

You may return most products within 30 days from the date you received them, as long as they meet the conditions listed below. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags and labels still attached

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product (if requested)
  • Reason for return

After approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may choose your preferred courier to send the item back to us.

5. Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on your bank

6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour (subject to availability), let us know when you contact us. Exchanges may be processed as a return and a new order.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Non‑Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Personalized or custom‑made items
  • Products marked as final sale
